The location of the print depends on where the customer orders these custom-made prints. Jondo will print the poster at the nearest available printing house, so that way we can keep the shipping costs low.
- Three paper options - fine art, semi-gloss and matte
- Materials: 285 gsm paper (fine art), 180 gsm paper (semi-glossy) and 200 gsm paper (matte)

Materials:
- 180 gsm paper (semi-glossy) : The semi-glossy paper is a bright white photo paper with a satin finish, and it offers full sharp color fidelity.
- 200 gsm paper (matte) : Matte paper is a lighter-weight paper than fine art paper, and is optimized for artwork and can be suitable for photography in scenarios where a less glossy appearance is preferred.
- 285 gsm paper (fine art) : The fine art paper is equivalent to traditional watercolor or etching paper. It has a soft textured surface and archival quality.
Bright and intense colors that will not fade when exposed to sunlight regularly.
Care instructions: If the print does gather any dust, you may wipe it off gently with a clean, dry cloth.

Technology & Inks
Jondo decorates their products using the digital print method. State-of-the-art printing technology, which results in sharp photographic reproduction and color fidelity. Jondo uses UL-certified Greenguard Gold inks.
Quality control
The print provider has a quality check station at every step of the print process to minimize the errors and ensure the final product is the highest quality.
Packaging control
Each unframed print is sealed in an archival plastic bag and shipped in an envelope or tube.
We usually keep the delivery time between 2-5 days, but for those countries that are located outside the UK, USA, EU, Canada, or Australia, we can only guarantee the delivery time of 10-30 days.

Returns And Cancellations
For non-digital products.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@puhapro.com as soon as you can, so we can submit the issue to the print provider. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the country and address where the print provider sent it from.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return can't be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as underwear), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
